Design And Implementation Of HT-7602 Power Distribution Unit

With the rapid development of the industrial personal computer,the equipments in the system has an increasing requirement for the power supply.The main functions of the power distribution unit(also called PDU)are to allocate the inferior interfaces for the lower level of the power and voltage,control the switch of the circuit,realize the remote control,monitor the parameters of the voltage division circuits,bear the limitation of the current loading,switch circuit lines,match the power interfaces,distribute the space,realize early warning and detect the electrodes.The subject of this paper comes from the real needs of customers.This paper needs to design and develop a power manager(the code is HT-7602)according to the technical requirements of customers to realize the on-off control of the alternating flow and direct current,real-time collect the electric current and real-time display the data.The characteristics of this kind of power manager are numerous control pathways and larger single-channel current loading.As a result,this kind of power manager is uncommon in market.In this study,this paper first conducted the design of the whole machine according to customers,carried out the model selection of the raw materials according to the existing the hardware module and designed the hardware circuit for the power module and the collection module.Meantime,the paper also finished the electric installation drawing of the whole machine.When the electric fitting of the product was finished,the software was developed and designed.After debugging,the machine finally reached to the requirements of customers and realized the Ethernet communication of 25 network switches,the output of 12 alternating current channels(ten channels are controllable and collected)and the output of 12 direct current channels(ten channels are controllable and collected).We have realized the batch production and delivery of HT-7602 power manager which conforms to the practical requirements of customers for the internal mains input of every important device in the cabinet,improves the electrical safety by a large scale to meet the customers' needs and we have received good feedback from customers.
