The development of technology brings facilities in daily life,however,industrialization also brings about environmental problems,which has drawn many attentions.The increase in living standard makes people more strict in health and living environment,especially the air that we need every time.Hence,it is much of importance to research gas detectors which can detect the polluting gases in atmosphere and the toxic gases produced by decoration.Besides,the quick development of informationize,zigbee was brought out.As a process to transform various signs of things into electronic signs,sensor need to be studied.A huge branch of sensor,gas sensor is also need to be researched.Among all kinds of toxic gases,hydrogen sulfide is famous for its smell feel like rotten eggs,and its toxicity could make huge damage to human being.At the same time,it exists in industry process and in laboratory.So detecting H2S gas has drawn a lot of attentions,and among the detectors,many of them has a long response and recovery time and a high working temperature which is a common matter in semiconductor metal oxide gas sensors.This paper is aimed to improve sensor performance in semiconductor metal oxide gas sensors and settle down the problems in H2S gas sensor by ameliorating preparation technics and controlling morphology and structure.The present content is as follows.(1)Improving the sensitivity and response and recovery time by a facile,effective and environmental new electronspinning method,which is realized by putting a rotary ceramic tube on the collection board.The materials would be uniform distributed on the tube,and the nanofibers distributed like a mesh,which has a lot of void to facilitate gas diffusion.Thus shorten the response and recovery time.(2)Prepared CuO-doped SnO2 nanofibers by the new electrospinning method.Copper acetate,stannous chloride and PAN were dissolved in DMF,then the precursor used for electrospinning,therefore,CuO was doped into SnO2 nanofibers.On the one hand,the resistance of mesh and p-n structure enhanced sensitivity;on the other hand,the mesh structure enhanced response and recovery properties.(3)Prepared NiO-doped SnO2 nanofibers by the new electrospinning method.Compared to CuO-doped SnO2 materials,it avoid from the transformation between CuO and CuS,so the response and recovery time can be further shortened,at the same time the sensitivity is sacrifice a little,but the sensitivity performance is still good compared to other studies.
