Design And Implementation Of Course System Of Art Institute

In the field of education,there exist a problem faced by all the education industries;that is,the scheduling of courses.Such a scheduling process is of great importance to a school,but with considerable complexity.This is mainly due to the various kinds of limitation which should be taken into account,as well as the large data space needed to process,and huge information data needed to manage with a fact that the data is not so an actual huge one.In the traditional method,the only way to arrange the courses and manage the data is manual way.However,the shortage of such a method is heavy in workload and easy in making errors.As soon as an error occurs,it is hard to correct it.Such a fact leads to a confused courses scheduling process and raises the complexity of the work.Consequently,a course scheduling system will be helpful in assisting the courses arrangement;and as a result,the time consumption is less,and the arrangement of courses and teachers will be more efficient.A Courses Scheduling System is presented in this paper.It takes the advantage of a current B/S(Browser/Server)architecture and,combining with C#programming language and ASP.NET(Active Server Pages.NET)dynamic web technology.And the SQL Server 2000 is used to store and manage data.The developing environment is Visual Studio 2010.The presented system implemented the required functions.It is friendly in human-machine interaction and easy to manage and maintain.At the same time,the expansion is adequate considered during the developing process and is fulfilled.As the human-machine interface is a web page,such a graphic-based interface make it easy to present related information about the courses.Based on the informatization of education,a well-designed courses scheduling system has the advantages of increasing the efficiency of courses scheduling process of office of teaching affairs and heavily lower the labor cost;so that more education resources can be utilized on the teaching process and the consumption during courses scheduling process can be reduced.As a result,the bonus of optimizing education resources is obtained.
