The optoelectronic viewing system is the core system of airborne. shipborne and vehicle-mounted weapon system to realize target detection, identification and battlefield situational awareness. According to the basic theory of photoelectric imaging, improving the imaging resolution of optoelectronic viewing system is an effective way to enlarge the detection and recognition distance of optoelectronic viewing system. Based on the Rayleigh Criterion,??1.22?/D , when the wavelength is fixed, only by increasing the aperture of the optical system can the angular resolution be improved, so as to improve the resolution of the system.The larger the aperture,the more difficult it is to manufacture, and the material processing industry needs to be greatly improved. Therefore, people begin to explore new theories, new methods and new techniques to break through the increasing limitation of telescope aperture, in which the imaging technique of synthetic aperture optical system can effectively improve the imaging resolution of optoelectronic viewing system. This technique uses many small apertures instead of a single aperture, which are arranged in a certain way, forming interference imaging through their light, and satisfying certain phase conditions in the focal plane. This method can change the imaging mode of the existing optoelectronic viewing system, and is the development direction of the new generation of sight pointing system.The light transmission area of optical synthetic aperture imaging system is very small, so the middle and low components in spatial frequency response declines so that image quality drop due to image aliasing, so the direct image capture of this system can not be applied directly,the image must be post restoration. Therefore,in this paper,the research of synthetic aperture image restoration technology is carried out, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the next generation of optoelectronic viewing weapon system.The synthetic aperture super-resolution reconstruction is the main research content in this paper, and the main tasks are as follows:Firstly, the background and significance of synthetic aperture imaging are introduced, the characteristics of two kinds of synthetic aperture are discussed, and the current research situation of this field in China and abroad is also discussed.Secondly, focus on the principle of optical synthetic aperture imaging system, expounds the system point spread function and modulation transfer function characteristics, then, an important indicator of performance of synthetic aperture system is analyzed, the classic image quality evaluation method is given at last.Thirdly,The Wiener filtering restoration algorithm and some super-resolution reconstruction algorithms are introduced, then various algorithms are compared. Finally the single frame resolution reconstruction based on dictionary learning is emphasized.Finally, a synthetic aperture imaging experiment is carried out to verify the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed algorithm.Firstly,the PSF of three synthetic aperture systems was obtained by using point-light source imaging, and the comparison was carried out.Secondly,the resolution target is imaged,Using Wiener filtering algorithm and a single frame super-resolution reconstruction algorithm based on dictionary learning restore the synthetic aperture image from annular aperture with fill factor of 30% .
