People working in a complex and dangerous environment often encounter many difficulties,such as those who work in a nuclear power plant,their health being affected by nuclear radiation.Therefore,the use of intelligent trolleys instead part of dangerous industry practitioners' work,such as taking inspection and detection activities will reduce the environmental impact on practitioners.Based on the current level of technology and application of artificial intelligence,it cannot take independent activities absolutely in a more complex environment,therefore,it is a realistic choice to study intelligent car that can operate autonomously.In order to improve the effectiveness of the work,we hope that the intelligent car can carry out specific activities independently as much as possible,such as avoiding obstacles.This article is a research about obstacle avoidance problems of the intelligent car.The specific content is as follows.An intelligent car designed which can around barrier automatically in complex environment.Taking an action which mainly adopts the method based on the fuzzy control theory to realize the automatic avoidance of the obstacle of the car,and the users realize the remote control of the intelligent car through the WIFI / Bluetooth communication module and the interactive interface.According to aaathe ask of accuracy and fastness of intelligent car information processing,ultrasonic sensor is used as the environment perception system of intelligent car,and the ultrasonic sensor ranging principle and data acquisition are studied in the meanwhile.In the design of hardware circuit,using the modular design method,the main controller,power supply,motor drive,communication and a variety of detection modules are designed based on the Arduino development board,which built a smart car hardware system.An intelligent vehicle obstacle avoidance algorithm based on fuzzy control theory is designed to solve the problem of safety avoidance.Based on the relevant content in the fuzzy control theory,the corresponding fuzzy membership function is set for the length of each direction,made fuzzy synthesis of distance membership matrix and sensor direction relation matrix,and then analyzed.The distance information of the obstacle in each direction obtained by the ultrasonic sensor is transformed into the fuzzy quantity,Input thruster,and the intelligent vehicle is obstructed by the fuzzy control algorithm.Simulation experiment and the actual site of the test are processed.If there are separateor a number of obstacles,intelligent car can automatically determine its position,and then to avoid it.In addition to carrying out the simulation experiment,a series of small car obstacle avoidance test experiment is designed,and the experimental results are obtained.The experimental results show that the intelligent car has achieved the expected obstacle avoidance effect under certain environment.
