The blind or flawed people often encounter many difficulties in the social life,One of them is to walk in the process of it is difficult to identify and avoid obstacles. Rapid perception surrounding environment information accurately as possible, To assist its avoiding obstacles and has practical application value.Based on ultrasonic sensors around the car distance direction more obstacles for testing. Environment is realized by using FPGA technology for data processing, control of obstacle avoidance car guide users to walk.This article uses the method of fuzzy control theory. With different membership functions to deal with different direction on the distance. The membership degree matrix and distance sensor direction relation matrix in fuzzy synthesis. The matrix of fuzzy synthesis analysis With focus and priority relation of the corresponding control strategy. In this paper, some different situations have to be enumerated rule base of the control method is established, But introduction of danger area and safe area.
