Sensor technology is a major member of modern electronic technology,especially in the rapid development of today's Internet of Things(IoT)industry,the sensor is the most basic sensor node of IoT.Magnetic sensor is a major type of sensor,but the magnetic image sensing technology is based on high-speed segmentation of magnetic sensor technology applications,few people study this technology due to the high technical threshold at home and abroad.With the breakthrough of Tunneling Magnetic Resistance technology,making high-performance magnetic image sensor can be achieved.The magnetic image sensing technology studied in this thesis is based on Tunneling Magneto Resistance(TMR),and describes the composition principle and implementation scheme of magnetic image sensor.With the direction of designing magnetic image of the magnetic head module to adapt to anti-counterfeiting technology in the field of financial security,the main work includes the following major aspects:(1)Firstly,the principle and technical points of TMR are studied,and the technological steps and applications of TMR are analyzed emphatically.(2)This thesis studies the anti-counterfeiting technology and magnetic characteristic identification technology of financial equipment.Combined with the principle of magnetic image formation proposed magnetic image head module functional requirements,and introduces the current magnetic image status and shortcomings.What's more,the practical significance of the magnetic image head module to be realized in this field is put forward.(3)The actual requirements and design goals of the magnetic image sensor are analyzed,and the structural design and components of the head module are studied.From TMR chip design and implementation,packaging design and implementation,magnetic circuit design and implementation,the overall module structure design and implementation are introduced in detail,and the verification of each stage step is carried out.(4)The functional test and performance test of the final molded head module are provided,and the relevant test data,test results and the corresponding test conclusions are provided.This thesis realizes the TMR magnetic image sensor head module and designs the related circuit and application environment,and finally realizes the product.With the data of the product,magnetic characteristics,safety line signal acquisition and identification of the crown number,identification speed and other items of verification,analyzing and verificating results,we reach a conclusion that the program basically meet requirements of the design.At the same time,it has higher resolution,higher sensitivity and accuracy,which is better than other magnetic sensors.What's more,the design work is stable and reliable,considering the production of hardware performance,cost,production process,with high marketing value,is suitable for industrialization.
