The main purpose of this paper is to take the three tier architecture based on PHP as the focus of study,and analyze the ways in which it can complete and construct a feasible management system for recruitment of talents.Among them,in the process of discussion,the core contents of this paper are as follows: first,the reality of the situation as a benchmark,the recruitment management system at this stage of the enterprise,the comprehensive anatomy of the talent market,such as the main intermediary companies,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing.On the basis of this,we can integrate the characteristics reflected in the post recruitment at this stage,and its self perception of recruitment,so as to optimize and design the recruitment system again.This article makes an in-depth study on the advantages and disadvantages of the existing PHP language,and on the basis of advantages and disadvantages,comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various driving model,and on this basis,discussed the design idea and implementation of the recruitment system,to design the best mode of driving,the best way to realize the design of the system.To sum up,we can clearly find that the purpose of this research is to design and optimize the recruitment management system in the light of the actual situation of enterprise recruitment,so as to make its performance better.Therefore,when the system is designed,it is based on the actual management of personnel recruitment,and divides the system modules into 4 modules,such as the personnel database system and the authority management library.At the same time,in order to further discuss the performance of this design,the function and function of the 4 modules will be discussed in detail,so as to verify the feasibility and rationality of the systemfunction.At the same time,at the end of this paper the real working environment,the utility of the system and the actual operation situation are introduced,and the company as an example,analysis when the company introduced the recruitment management system,change the management mode,such as reduced staff work intensity,improve recruitment efficiency,reduce the costs of recruitment management.
