Research On Aggregation Of Chinese Patent Information Resources Based On Linked Data

Patent information resource is an important information resource which contains rich patent information about science and technology,economy,law,etc.Researchers always search online for patent information and get essential patent related information through analyzing to serve all aspects of science and technology.However,in the present patent information retrieval service,the retrieved results are always relatively single and lack the guidance for users.It's difficult for users to get multifaceted information at one time,such as the corresponding patent information of other science and technology terms that have multiple semantic correlations with the search one,and the specific information of relevant inventors and organizations.If the improved technology can aggregate relevant information,the retrieval efficiency will be greatly increased so that users can get more patent information by retrieval at one time.Based on these considerations above,this paper introduces linked data technology and makes use of its normalization,correlation and university to link and build the aggregation of various Chinese patent information resources.During the process of research,this paper firstly analyzes the research status at home and abroad of the aggregation of linked data and patent information resources,and raises a question on this basis – build the aggregation of Chinese patent information resources in view of linked data.Secondly,it studies related theories of linked data and Chinese patent information resources and lays a theoretical foundation of further researches.After that,it selects proper Chinese patent information resources for search object including separate edition of patents,important related personnel information,science and technology agency information,patent agency information and legal status information,as well as analyzes their associated relations.In the theme view of information correlation,the paper draws support from previous research achievements of Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China,Chinese scientific and technical vocabulary system(smart materials and structures)and supplements the relations among vocabularies.In addition,it also extracts patent keywords based on a certain algorithm as the demarcation of patent field theme and takes magnetoelectric senor field as an example to design and build aggregation framework of Chinese patent information resources based on linked data.At last,it uses content management framework—Drupal to design specific building process of the aggregation of Chinese patent information resources based on linked data,and shows and analyzes the results in order to verify the validity of the research.This paper studies the aggregation of Chinese patent information resources based on linked data technology and lays the foundation of providing better services for users to search patent information and conduct semantic analysis and achieving the information correlation with other fields.
