With the continuing development of electronic science and technology,the demand for target tracking is also increasing.Target tracking technology has been widely used in military and civilian fields.With the explosive growth of the user demand for mobile communication,mobile communication industry has made a great leap,the evolution of communication network architecture constantly,constantly upgrading and reconstruction of communication system,the application of new technology in the network.Among them,cooperative communication is a very superior technical scheme.Although the cooperative communication technology for mobile communication system brings communication quality is superior,but the network complexity is high compared with the traditional network,network optimization work is difficult,so the industry optimization research on this kind of network is concerned.The current research focuses on the optimization of resource allocation,but the allocation of resources,the base station and the location of relay also affect the results of resource allocation.Therefore,in order to achieve the optimal effect of optimization,this paper,from site selection and resource allocation optimization problem of the two aspects of the relay cooperative network was investigated,the optimum system base station and relay location is determined by the study site,resource optimization corresponding in this system.For the construction of mobile communication station,the location of base station is especially important.A good location scheme can undoubtedly cover the users in the largest range,taking into account the signal quality and construction investment,expanding the system capacity and improving the service quality of the users on the edge of the cell.This paper takes into account the minimum information rate considering the user,in order to minimize the power consumption of the system as the goal of regional planning to conduct a comprehensive search to find the optimal location scheme based on improved genetic algorithm,compared with the traditional algorithm,improve the computational efficiency,laying the foundation for the next step of resource allocation.In mobile communication systems,the wireless resource is always limited,and the communication demand is unlimited,which makes the wireless resource management problem become the most important optimization direction.As the core of wireless resource management,resource allocation strategies become reasonable and efficient: the rational use of limited spectrum resources,the key to improve the performance of the system,improve the user QoS,attracted wide attention of scholars.Therefore,the resource allocation problem in relay cooperative communication system is studied in this paper.This paper introduces the related theory research,improving the traditional resource allocation scheme,and the use of genetic algorithm to improve the resource allocation strategy of the RA model system were optimized.Finally,simulation results verify the validity of the algorithm and the performance.
