Cooperative Communication is a novel type of communication in order to increase system performance based on MIMO technologies. This paper mainly researched on resource allocation in different situation of cooperative communication system and feedback design which would influence resource allocation.This paper proposed two different resource allocation methods based on the different feedback signal of single cell. Firstly, joint method of antenna selection, rate and power control was presented in the condition of only existing instantaneous subtream SNR feedback. This method could provide normal real-time traffic and use the rest resource to transmit non real-time traffic so as to improve resource efficiency. Secondly, this paper proposed an adaptive joint method of the number of transmitting substream and substream rate based on the long term SNR feedback in order to maximize channel capacity and spectral efficiency.In multiple base stations cooperation system, which base stations should cooperate with each other was the most concern thing for different base station faced different location, environment, radio propogations and path loss. This paper presented an adapative selected method of cooperative base stations based on different users' SNR.Additionally, this paper researched on the relay system and the conditions that relay cooperate with base station to transmit data to mobile station. Because of the diversed service of relay, the resource allocation was more complicated. So this paper fully considered the possibility of diversed service of relay and provided an adapative hybrid-relay strategy and scheme based on SINR of relay to mobile station and base station to mobile station. This strategy could maximize the system performance and not increase system complexity too much.At last, considering the importance and influence of feedback signal in cooperative communication, this paper designed two feedback signals based on data compression and joint feedback scheme. The first design method was to joint different feedback signal from mobile station to different base station. The seconde design method was based on non-linear data compression and probability distribution function.
