With the development of economy and national awareness of health,we put forward higher requirements on the service quality of the hospital.As the logistics support,the hospital internal logistics transportation system is relatively slow,and even has become the bottleneck of the development of some hospitals,Automated logistics system has become an important indicator of hospital rating.At present,it is urgent and important to establish a stable and efficient logistics system with high intelligence and strong versatility.Track logistics system has been widely used in express delivery industry,industrial assembly line,school,medical industry and so on in recent years because of its advantages of small space occupation,large transmission capacity,high intelligence,high stability and high efficiency.On the track of medical logistics system,many domestic literatures have done some research,but many remain in the concept and model of hierarchy,or is a product of foreign mature optimization.the research on Intelligent Scheduling Strategy of rail logistics system is very little.In this paper,based on the in-depth analysis of the existing domestic and foreign products and related research results,this paper puts forward a kind of medical rail logistics transmission system(D-MRLS),which is based on the distributed intelligence and Multi-vehicles cooperation.Using the release mechanism of time window based tasks,analysis the shortcomings of the classical Dijkstra algorithm in the study of this subject,a bidirectional Dijkstra algorithm is proposed to reduce the computational complexity and improve the computational efficiency.Based on this algorithm and real-time traffic information with D-MRLS in the operation process,put forward the dynamic path planning strategy of single and multiple rail vehicles,and gives the corresponding coordination strategy in the running process of the system of multi car conflict problems.Finally,the eM-Plant software is used to simulate the D-MRLS to verify the feasibility and operation effect of D-MRLS.The system can solve a large number of hospital daily goods transportation problem,can effectively improve the efficiency of hospital delivery of goods,greatly reduce the cost of human resources,medical industry logistics plays a great push action.
