Radar network is a new radar system of high performance,multi-function,and relies on the efficient resources allocation,variable parameter control,powerful data processing ability.Radar network uses space diversity to provide better performance for target detection and tracking.As a result it is an important direction of the development of radar technology.Efficient resource management is the support that radar networking gives full play to the advantages of these techniques.Radar network resource management is a combination of radar technology,control technology and computing technology,and radars stations optimization and power optimization increase the network's actual work performance.So the resource management is playing an important role of the radar network exploiting the advantages to the full.Considering the actual work performance,some parameters of radar isuncertainty.At this time uncertain programming technology is necessary to consider in resource management,so that the performance of radar network is more stable after optimizing.Under the condition that radar network resource is limited and the actual parameters are fuzzy,in order to achieve the detection and tracking performance ideal effect for resource optimization design,the research contents mainly in the following several aspects:(i)In the detection,power optimizationof radar network is researched.Constrained optimization model under the basis of fixed parameters is deduced,while Bhattacharyya distance is the norm of radar networkdetection performance,and the problem uses genetic algorithm to solve.On this basis,when fuzziness of transmission loss factor is considered,the power allocation model based on fuzzy constraint of radar network is built,and the problem uses hybrid intelligent algorithm for solving,finally the stable power distribution is obtained.(ii)The power optimization of radar network is analyzed.In the tracking,two kinds of optimization modelare deduced.One uses mutual information as the objective function,Another uses the tracking covariance as tracking precision,and the optimization model of fixed parameters and fuzzy constraint programming are built,then each radar power is optimize using genetic algorithm and hybrid intelligent algorithm.Finally the tracking performance can reach a certain standard and the stable power allocation is acquired.(iii)The position and power joint optimization of the radar network is studied,and the detection performances of several kinds of radar position deployment forms are analyzed.In practice not only requires the radar networking in the station or power allocation optimizationunilaterally,but that multiple factors such as radar position,power and time achieve optimal at the same time.The joint optimization model of radar position deployment and power management is established.Then the Pareto solutions of the model are solved to achieve the purpose of the optimization at the same time.
