With the rapid development of industrial automation and computer technique,the traditional methods of artificial feeding are progressively replaced by automatic loading and unloading of industrial robots.Production efficiency have been improved by the upgrade of the existing line in many enterprises,and even realized the workshop unmanned production in some companies.The traditional labor-intensive production mode are the most used in Zhanjiang which is known as the " rice cooker production base" in Guangdong Province.But the various factors,such as the production environment is bad,the work content is simple and repeated,in the production process of the electric rice cooker are most common.The traditional methodsupgrading to automation are urgent needed to solve the problems of high rate of defective in products,low efficiency and high cost of labor.The study was to upgrade and reconstruct the the traditional artificial loading and unloading production line of Zhanjiang Five Star Electric Co.Ltd,and solves the practical problems of production.This thesis is mainly composed of the following contents:(1)According to the current situation of company and the existing problems in the production process,taking the full use of stamping machineries,structure optimization of machineries,reduce costs and improving production efficiency into account,the automatic upgrade program meeting the workshop production was finally put forward.(2)As the stamping equipment of enterprise cannot meet the requirements of upgrade and reconstruction,the stamping products need to be re-designed,optimized and regrouped for production process.The two processes of crimping and curling in the electric rice cooker liner were recombined,built the prototype of vertical shaping machine using Solid Works 3D software in study.(3)The study was to determine the mechanical parameters of the robot by the needs and circumstances of company,to design the modular robot body and end-effector by Solid Works software and then check them.The key parts were analyzed about intensity of them by ANSYS software and then designed a set for the end actuator of the pneumatic system.(4)On the basis of vertical shaping model and baiting industrial robot prototype produced actual machines,the upgrade of the production of rice cooker liner was finally completed by the transformation scheme of the automatic production line.
