Domain Name System,used as an important infrastructure of the internet,has a significant impact on the people's online lives with the development and popularization of the internet.As a hierarchical and distributed naming system,its security is critical to the entire internet infrastructure.Thus,how to access the DNS service and its state efficiently and accurately,and providing accurate basic data for research on DNS security,becomes very important.This paper has explored the various DNS services and their states in the country,rasied the efficient DNS detection method from two angles of measuring method and data input,and designed DNS service automatic discovery and tracking system,to access the DNS server and its server state efficiently and accurately.Firstly,the theoretical knowledge of DNS was introduced,including the basic DNS knowledge,DNS agreement and the relevant theoretical method of DNS discovery and tracking.Secondly,In terms of DNS discovery,selecting the whole country's IP address for DNS server detection and non DNS server confirmation,and recursively classifies domain name servers,then,an efficient detection algorithm based on network delay estimation is proposed,which improves the detection efficiency.At the same time,according to the detected DNS server,the distribution rule of the DNS server in the IP address is analyzed,and the detection efficiency is improved from the data input,and the efficient detection of the DNS server is realized.In service status tracking,service state tracking is carried out for the DNS server throughout the country,the service status of the server is tracked and evaluated from three aspects of service support,service capability and service effectiveness.Finally,the automatic discovery and tracking system of DNS server is tested and the each module of the system and its submodule are respectively tested from their functionality and performance.In conclusion,this paper completes the DNS server automatic discovery and tracking.The system test shows that the system meets the design goal.
