Wireless Mesh Network,also known as WMN network,WMN can provide flexible and fast wireless data communication without fixed infrastructure.WMN is not only of great significance to the military war,the application of agriculture is also very wide,WMN can quickly set up a network to achieve communication.The wireless Mesh network technology and routing protocol is today's two major research hot spots.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of agricultural networking and the characteristics of wireless Mesh network from the application environment,and puts forward the Mesh topology architecture based on the adaptive agricultural networking.This structure has a flexible network,high scalability,low maintenance costs,high transmission rate and other aspects of the good features,the close combination of the two will continue to promote the development of agricultural networking technology.According to the characteristics of agricultural networking,this paper analyzes several typical protocol types such as AOMDV,OLSR and HWMP,which are commonly used in wireless Mesh networks,and choose OLSR routing protocol which is suitable for agricultural use.OLSR protocol is relatively stable and the most widely used routing protocol,and this agreement is focused on the use of multi-point relay technology(MPR),the agreement in the larger number of nodes,node movement speed is not high,node distribution clustering in the case of end-to-end delay,Load,transfer rate,packet reach rate in all aspects of a very good performance.However,this paper improves the redundancy problem of MPR algorithm.Compared with the traditional OLSR routing protocol,the improved routing protocol can be used to calculate the redundancy of the MPR algorithm.The minimum relay node set produces less unwanted network load and has better routing capabilities.The NS2 simulation results show that the improved OLSR protocol has a significant improvement in network setup time,end-to-end delay,packet arrival rate,HELLO message sending number and TC message forwarding number,and achieved better network performance,The hardware platform test results also demonstrate the stability of the proposed algorithm and the flexibility of the topology of the network.
