In the wireless sensor networks(WSNs),data aggregation technology can reduce the communication overhead of data transmission process,which is very important for the energy-constrained sensor nodes.However,sensor nodes are usually deployed in an open environment and may suffer from various means of attack by adversaries.As a result,data aggregation poses new challenges for wireless sensor network security.In order to prevent the private data in the transmission process obtained by malicious attackers,data confidentiality protection method based on privacy homomorphic is proposed.In this method,the intermediate node can perform the data aggregation operation on the ciphertext,which can reduce the computational complexity and effectively realize the data end-to-end encapsulation.However,there are two problems in this kind of data aggregation scheme: Firstly,the scheme can not effectively integrate the multi-source heterogeneous data in the multi-application scenario.Secondly,the scheme only supports single aggregation mode,leading to incompatibility with multiple aggregation functions.Aiming at the problem of multi-source heterogeneous data aggregation,a secure data aggregation method is proposed for multi-application scenarios.The scheme realizes the aggregation of multi-source heterogeneous data by combining the homomorphic encryption with the method of encoding the sensing data based on the sensor data type.Introducing the homomorphic message authentication tag so that the base station can verify the integrity of the aggregation data.Pseudo-random functions are used to dynamically update the keys for each aggregating period,thus ensuring the freshness of the data.Aiming at improving the existing scheme to support multiple aggregation mode,a secure data aggregation scheme SDAMF suitable for multi-aggregation function is proposed.Based on the Sum aggregation method,this scheme introduces the order of equalization and order,which makes the scheme compatible with various aggregation functions.In the aspect of data confidentiality protection,the same strategy is used with SDAMA.At the same time,in order to guarantee data integrity,the idea of secret sharing was introduced.Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments verified the validity of the scheme.The two schemes proposed in this paper have a good performance in communication overhead,computational cost and aggregation precision.
