Due to energy constraint of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), data aggregation should beadopted during data transmission in WSNs to cut energy cost. Privacy preservation is anindispensable part of data aggregation, since security threats exist during data aggregation such asdata interception and data tampering. This dissertation mainly focuses on data integrity protection. When data aggregation is processed in a wireless sensor network, the final aggregated result will becompromised if forged data is injected. As a result, integrity preservation schemes are necessary tobe adopted to assure data integrity. On the basis of the idea of homomorphism, aggregate signature technology is adopted in thisdissertation to achieve data integrity protection. Based on the idea of bilinear-map, a cluster-basedaggregate signature scheme CASS is proposed in this dissertation with the the cluster networktopology. Meanwhile, task scheduling optimization in TinyOS system is achieved through researchon NesC programming language, TinyOS operating system based on NesC programming language,TOSSIM in TinyOS operating system, Zigbee protocol of TinyOS operating system and taskscheduling schemes of TinyOS operating system, which provides a platform support for simulationof the proposed aggregate signature scheme. Finally, Scheme CASS and Scheme iPDA aresimulated by TOSSIM in TinyOS in this dissertation. These two schemes are compared andanalyzed in four aspects including data intergrity protection、 data calculation cost、 datacommunication cost and data arrival rate. Theoretical analysis and results of actual simulation testsindicate that compared with Scheme iPDA, Scheme CASS enhances data intergrity protection, lowers calculation cost and communication cost, which contributes to longer life cycles for WirelessSensor Networks.
