With the continuous development of the Internet,users of the experience of economic demand and quality requirements continue to rise.IPTV and other multimedia services let China's consumer to know television from a different way,and it also attracted a lot of scholars to study it [1,2].As an emerging services,IPTV use the traditional means of content delivery: content delivery network(Content Delivery Network,CDN).However,CDN has the problems of high operating cost,flexibility and limited expansibility,which limits the development of IPTV from the technical level.With the increasing Internet infrastructure and the rapid growth of network users,peer-to-peer(Peerto-Peer,P2P)streaming media on demand system with great service capabilities,low cost and good scalability,which make it be one of the hottest Internet applications.How to integrate the P2 P technology in the existing IPTV content delivery network to make up for the shortcomings of CDN technology is the focus of IPTV operators [3,4].Therefore,this paper focuses on the combination of IPTV system and P2 P technology,and studies and optimizes the P2 P core strategy.It also designs and implements a P2 P streaming media on demand system under IPTV to verify the effect of the strategy.The specific research contents are as follows.Firstly,a design of P2 P system can be integrated into the existing IPTV system is proposed,which can effectively reduce the integration with IPTV CDN technology through the clear hierarchical structure and the mutual cooperation among the network elements in each layer.Complex new,do not need to make a major modification of the original IPTV system.Secondly,The current resource scheduling strategy in P2 P is based on a single node as the core,emphasizing the node's choice of neighbor nodes.In this paper,we propose a resource scheduling strategy for P2 P super nodes to prioritize content requests.In addition,a partial request is redirected to the requesting node for rescheduling.Experiments show that this strategy makes the QoS(Quality of Service)of P2 P system be improved significantly,while reducing the load of super nodes.Thirdly,in the P2 P system,the neighbor node is affected by the fluctuation of the node and the network environment,which leads to the decrease of the service capability and the content download speed of the requesting node.In this paper,a neighbor node management strategy with service priority is proposed,which effectively solves the problem of service capacity drop caused by node off-grid and network fluctuation through the mutual transformation and service between high-quality neighbor nodes and alternative neighbor nodes.Experiments show that this strategy can significantly improve the service capability of neighbor nodes in the interference caused by user behavior and network fluctuation.Fourthly,the technical structure of the P2 P system and the detailed design of the core network elements in each layer are given,including the static structure of the network elements displayed in the form of class diagrams and the data structure of the network elements displayed in the form of database tables.
