With the rapid development of the Internet, cloud computing and network technology, the increasing demand for cellular mobile communication business needs,to promote the future development of mobile communication from the initial simple voice moving in the direction of diversification.Especially in the development of the Internet in recent years, the intelligent computer and mobile phone and other large electronic products into the market, the use of social networking, resource sharing, local advertising and other services gradually so that users on the performance of mobile communication have become increasingly demanding. In this environment,I hope I can access the Internet anytime, anywhere, and can get a more secure and high level of service. Therefore, the equipment to equipment(D2D,Device-to-Device)communication technology arises at the historic moment,in recent years, this technology has been an important content in the field of cellular mobile communications. In this paper,we study the resource allocation algorithm of D2 D communication in mobile cellular networks. The paper is divided into six parts, the second part of the paper studies the D2 D communication technology in the mobile cellular network, and studies the LTE/LTE-A cellular network and the D2 D communication. In the third and the four or five part of this thesis,we propose the algorithm of resource allocation, and study the three algorithms.Firstly, the D2 D communication resource allocation algorithm,SARA,is studied, and the performance of RANDOM is compared with that of the random resource allocation algorithm. The simulation results show that the performance of SARA algorithm is superior to RANDOM algorithm in terms of system D2 D communication satisfaction and system throughput. Then, the resource allocation algorithm CMRA based on the maximum capacity of the system is studied and compared with the performance of the RANDOM algorithm. The simulation results show that the SARA algorithm is superior to the RANDOM algorithm in terms of the total capacity of the system or the capacity loss of all cellular users. Finally, the D2 D communication resource allocation algorithm CFRA based on system capacity and fairness is studied and compared with the performance of CMRA algorithm in the fourth chapter.Simulation results show that the total capacity of the system, especially the mobile user non-uniform distribution scenarios, the CFRA algorithm is superior to CMRA algorithm;in terms of fairness parameters, especially the mobile user non-uniform distribution scenarios, the CFRA algorithm is much better than CMRA algorithm. Therefore, compared with the CMRA algorithm, the CFRA algorithm is more suitable for the non-uniform distribution of mobile users.
