Enameled wire is the main raw material of electrical,motor and industrial production equipment.In this paper,the author mainly introduce the temperature control system of the enameled oven in the process of enameled wire production.The temperature control system is a kind of complex multivariable coupling system,which has the characteristic of nonlinearity,strong coupling and large time lag.By analyzing the internal oven design structure of the enameled machine and the temperature influence factors of the channel,this paper puts forward the use of decoupling anti-feedforward control technology combined with fuzzy PID control method to realize the precise control of the oven temperature of the enameled machine,so as to improve the production of enameled wire quality.In this paper,the author attempts to establish a mathematical model for the oven temperature control system,and use the gain analysis method to analyze the coupling degree between channels,and determine the coupling relationship between channels.Then,this paper adopts the design method of anti-feedforward decoupling contol stratery,and design the decoupling compersator for each channel.In this paper,based on the analysis and research of fuzzy PID algorithm on the basis of the use of anti-feedforward decoupling control combined with fuzzy PID control algorithm strategy.The experimental results show that the decoupling control strategy adopted in this paper can reduce the overshoot of the system so that the temperature of the four channels of the system can reach the steady state faster and keep the temperature error of each channel within the allowable range.In this paper,the design scheme of distributed temperature control system is proposed.The system is mainly composed of STM32F103 fuzzy main controller,each channel temperature acquisition module,bus communication module,motor speed control module(execution unit)and human-computer interaction interface.Using STM32F103 as the master chip,embedded in the master chip fuzzy PID decoupling control algorithm.The main controller isomorphism controls the software to process the temperature data and then outputs the control signal to the execution unit,Wherein the main control unit communicates with the execution unit via the field bus.At the same time,the use of distributed control structure can improve the system scalability,reliability.In the software design using C language on the KEIL software programming.Experimental studies have shown that the multivariable decoupling embedded control system designed for the oven temperature of this paper can reduce the coupling effect between the channels to a minimum,and the system temperature control points can reach the stable state more quickly.and then reduce the consumption of useless power and make oven gas to burn more fully and reduce pollution gas emissions.To a certain extent,improve the quality of the wire,so that the whole system's anti-interference ability is further enhanced.
