With the rapid development of the petrochemical industry, distillation operation is used more widely. The column is a kind of common separation equipment in petrochemical industry, mainly for the separation process of mixed materials. The column is a high energy production equipment and it that has been concerned in the control areas is the important control object in the petrochemical process control.The coupling between the column parameters affecting distillation production process and product quality is one of the main reasons. Distillation process belongs to multivariable and time-varying, strong coupling and non-linear process with distributed parameter, that the accurate mathematical model is hard to set up. Traditional control method for the column decoupling control is difficult to obtain satisfactory control effect. In this paper, Based on the column of two-component as research object, the product of tower and the bottom all needs to reach certain purity requirements, on the analysis of working characteristic of the column and the temperature coupling characteristics of the tower and bottom, was presented based on the temperature fuzzy decoupling control scheme for tower and bottom. Top and bottom temperature decoupling control adopts feed-forward compensation decoupling method, through to the decoupling link analysis, design fuzzy feed-forward controller and the corresponding fuzzy control rules and biaxial streching processing for fuzzy control to realize fuzzy decoupling control.Finally, the conventional temperature control, conventional decoupling control, fuzzy decoupling control for top and bottom set disturbance value test, simulation study of the process disturbance test. The simulation result of fuzzy decoupling control compared with conventional temperature control and conventional decoupling control verify the feasibility of fuzzy decoupling control for temperature of the top and bottom that is superior to conventional control and conventional decoupling control. The fuzzy decoupling controller shows a good prospect.
