| In recent years,the economy of China has rapidly developed.The size of enterprises becomes larger.However,in contrast,the management level is low and safeguards lag behind,which has led to serious production accidents.On the other hand,natural environment has deteriorated.Natural disasters frequently take place,which has caused heavy losses.How to deal with these disasters and production accidents? Theories of software engineering have improved including process engineering theory,which makes it possible to combine emergency management with computers.Once disasters happen,emergency resources can be crucial to rescue and relief.Hence,reasonable allocation and scheduling of emergency resources are important to emergency management.Workflow plays an important role in enterprise production,office automation and scientific research.Workflow technology can improve the intelligence of business process.The paper introduces researches on emergency resource allocation and scheduling.A parallel computing method of emergency allocation has been proposed.Novelty and specific research are listed as follows.1)A parallel computing method for complex emergency systems based on multi-objective decision-making with analytic hierarchy process is proposed.With analytic hierarchy,allocation schemes can be filtered.In order to improve efficiency of computing,a parallel method is designed.Resource allocation should consider relationship between multiple rescue spots and disaster spots,such as distance.Rescue spots and disaster spots are divided into different groups to make it possible to use the parallel method.Experimental results have proven the feasibility and efficiency.2)The implementation of emergency rescue and relief must be supported by contingency plan.Proactive scheduling optimization of emergency rescue based on hybrid genetic-tabu optimization algorithm is proposed.Based on historical materials and prediction for the future,rescue plans can be settled in advance.Because of the constraints of emergency resources,the initial plan needs adjusting.Combined the advantages of genetic and tabu algorithms,a hybrid algorithm is designed.3)Development of technology provides the condition for the intellectualization of emergency management.In the end of the paper,based on Activiti framework,emergency management platform based on process engineering has been developed. |
