Color 3D printing technology is widely used in rapid prototyping,education,medical,artistic creation,geography mapping and other industries.With the increasing demand for personalized manufacturing,research into the color appearance of 3D printed samples has become a hot topic in the industry.Composite multi-disciplinary 3D printing technology derived from the complex molding system.The color 3D printing system,which is only for one method,often has some limitations in application,but also caused a waste of development resources.In general,coloring the molding surface while printing on a layer is a method of color 3D printing.Based on this method,this paper develops independent forming systems and coloring systems,and then realizes the rapid integration of the coloring system to the forming system,and obtains the universal 3D printing coloring system.Based on the laser molding method,this paper designs and develops a set of 3D printing and forming system with large format processing capability,and develops an open control system with scalability based on PC.Built a large-scale 3D printing and molding equipment with independent intellectual property rights,the system is stable,to meet the processing requirements.In this paper,through the analysis and comparison,the use of piezoelectric UV inkjet printing technology to develop 3D printing coloring system,through the EPSON printer inkjet system transformation and expansion,to achieve the coloring platform to build.Based on the platform,the coloring process,the best inkjet printing distance and the application range under different process parameters were obtained.The influence of the surface of the 3D printing surface on the coloring effect was analyzed,and the process parameters were optimized.The example prints to verify the feasibility of the development system.
