With the rapid development of the logistics industry,automated warehouse stacker is widely used,more and more mature technology,it has replaced human labor,improve the labor productivity,the third industry to the automation and intelligent transformation has become an inevitable trend.In this paper,the main gaps in the market for small storage and service industry,this paper proposes a small rectangular coordinate scheme of palletizing robot PLC control,servo motor drive,to automatic control technology in the medicine,food and beverage,sales,book lending,consumer goods logistics and other three industries,improve productivity.Through the research of this paper,we can achieve the following goals.In this paper,the background and the dom estic and foreign research status of automated warehouse and stacking machine are described,and the existing schem es of motion control system are compared and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme and the application range are pointed out.This paper proposes a small,lightweight straight coordinate palletizing robot structure scheme and the main components were calculated.Aiming at the shortage of goods fork,this paper also proposes a kind of automatic replacement of mechanical hand pick up at the end of implementation of the program.A semi closed loop control scheme for a robot manipulator is proposed.For the prototype of Cartesian coordinate system,the establishment of "four axis pulse stacking robot space coordin ate system",the key points of palletizing robot and warehouse Cangge pos ition servo motor pulse only,make the space address ing and positioning of the palletizing robot more intuitive.Preparation of palletizing robot automatic ladder storage operation,and appropriate improvements on the existing laboratory equipment,build code operation robot system model,the warehous eoperation experiments.The establishment of operation monitoring system of palletizing robot,making its friendly interface beautifully.The use of domestic software "Kingview" to the whole system hardware configuration,comm unication connection and interface written,multiple operating modes design rich,man-machine interface,and the running state of the palletizing robot real-time monitoring,and real-time display of the warehouse and cargo status information screen,realize the online real-time trend curve of speed query function.I hope this study can provide a certain reference value for the research and application of palletizing robot.
