The measurement of sound absorption characteristics has no comparability in different methods or in different laboratories,resulting in the sound-absorbing materials are of varying quality.The accurate measurement of sound-absorbing materials is an important guarantee to evaluate its quality.In order to improve the reliability of the measured value,it is necessary to establish the traceability way of standard sample panel,standard measurement method and measured materials.The quantitative evaluation of the acoustic characteristics can be realized about the sound-absorbing materials.The main research content of this paper is to design the parameters of the acoustic standard panel.According to the design requirements of the sample panel,the micro-perforated panel with stable structure,convenient storage and good acoustic characteristics is selected.the particle swarm optimization(PSO)and genetic algorithm(GA)are used to optimize the micro-perforated panel.Then the sample panel is measured by transfer function method.The results show that the measured values of the acoustic sample panel can match the theoretical model well.Firstly,based on the micro-perforated panel theory model,four structural parameters together influence the sound absorption performance of micro-perforated panel.The theoretical analysis shows that comprehensively considering for various parameters to prepare high absorption,wide band sample panel.Secondly,PSO and GA are used to optimize the micro-perforated panel in the low frequency 100 ~ 1000 Hz and high frequency 800 ~ 5000 Hz.The optimization results meet the design requirements of the sample panel.Besides the optimization results of the two algorithms are basically consistent,to support the standard model in parameter design.Finally,the sample panel is prepared according to the optimization results.It's acoustic performance is measured by the transfer function method.The measurement results show that the sample panel can match the theoretical model well.The model can predict the variation of absorption coefficient along with the increase of frequency.
