Gas-oil analyzer has a great effect on improving product quality,economic and social benefits for petrochemicals.Traditional gas-oil analyzers usually use polychromatic light,which has complex optical paths,low resolution and low performance to price ratio.So they are hard to apply widely.To solve those problems,this paper develops the piezoelectric ceramics controller module which is suitable for the tunable near-infrared LD light,based on requirements of the self-designed near-infrared LD laser spectroscopy gas-oil.The main tasks and work are as follows.Firstly,we analyze the absorption characteristics of near-infrared spectrum absorbed by C-H hydrocarbon group,and present the significance and method of the subdivision of C-H groups;discuss requirements of light wavelength resolution for high accuracy spectrum gas-oil analyzer;carry out the analysis and calculation of relevant parameters and put forward design indices based on gas-oil analyzer's demand for high accuracy near infrared light source module,present the scheme of external cavity tunable semiconductor lasers controlled by piezoelectric ceramics,complete the design of key mechanical components of the tunable light source module.Secondly,as analyze different types of the control schemes of piezoelectric ceramics,we complete the selection of piezoelectric ceramics and the scheme design of voltage-controlled piezoelectric ceramic controller based on high voltage amplifier.On the basis of the structure and characteristics' analysis and calculation of the circuit,we design high voltage amplifier composed by PA85,low voltage DC power supplier,high voltage DC power supplier and so on in detail.Using Altium Designer software,we complete the PCB circuit board's design and development of the piezoelectric ceramic controller.Finally,the test system was set up for testing the performance of the piezoelectric ceramic controller,including the stability of the output voltage,the linearity,the resolution,the static ripple coefficient and so on.Tests show that the piezoelectric ceramic controller module has the advantages of stability high resolution and low voltage ripple,which can meet the design requirements.In this paper,the design of the external cavity tunable diode laser scheme and the piezoelectric ceramic controller module provide the basis for the development of tunable laser source module in near-infrared spectroscopy gas analyzers.
