As an important part of modern electronic countermeasure,multi-sensor cooperative localization and tracking technology has been widely used in various fields including military,transportation and aerospace.In the field of electronic countermeasure,single sensors working independently of one another can no longer meet the requirements of the ever-complicating modern warfare.However,multi-sensors can form the global network topology through cooperative work mechanism,which can effectively eliminate errors caused by the interference factors and thus raise the accuracy of positioning and tracking by combining various sensing information.Therefore,multi-sensor cooperative localization and tracking technology has become a hot research topic in the field of electronic countermeasure.This paper focuses on multi-sensor cooperative target localization and tracking technology.Firstly,we introduce related knowledge of electronic countermeasure target localization and target tracking technology as well as related terms,summarize commonly used cooperative target localization and tracking algorithms in electronic countermeasure and analyze their deficiencies.Since classical RSSI-based distance measurement has deficiencies of low precision,high delay and low coverage,we then propose an efficient anchor node selection(EAS)model to solve the problem.To improve the classical localization algorithm based on independent data,we propose a localization algorithm of Direction-and-Time based on efficient anchor-nodes(LDTEAS).Simulation results show that the proposed model can effectively improve the localization accuracy and localization coverage.Furthermore,on the basis of the research on cooperative localization technology of multi sensors,we propose a Dynamic Clustering of Monitoring-tree(DCM)model to tackle with the problem of low tracking accuracy and high tracking energy consumption.To improve the classical target tracking algorithm based on the DCM model,we propose a Moving Target Tracking Algorithm based on Dynamic Clustering of Monitoring-tree(MTTDCM).Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve tracking accuracy and reduce tracking energy consumption.Finally,the OPNET simulation platform is introduced in detail in this paper.A multi sensors target positioning and tracking simulation platform is designed and primarily implemented based on the LDTEAS algorithm and the MTTDCM algorithm,combining MATLAB and OPNET simulation platform,and using C++ MFC integrated graphics interface development application.Lastly,the effectiveness of the LDTEAS and the MTTDCM algorithms is verified on the proposed simulation platform of multi sensors target positioning and tracking.
