Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)is a complex system which synthesizes information sensor,collection,fusion processing and transmission.Wireless sensor network consists of a lot of randomly distributed wireless sensor nodes(hereinafter referred to as node)composed of wireless communication module,data processing module,sensor module and power module.Because of the fast and convenient communication platform,wireless sensor network is a hot issue in the field of multi-disciplinary and multi-domain,and attracts wide attention.Coverage control is the key to the quality of service,but energy hole and nodes redundancy are the main problems in the process of coverage control.This paper studies on coverage control,and solves the problems by node deployment and node scheduling respectively.Aiming at problems of poor adaptability and complex calculation for the traditional node deployment strategy and much energy consumption for node redundancy deployment,a coverage control optimization strategy for low energy consumption is proposed.Firstly,introducing an adjustable parameter in nodes deployment process to improve the energy hole problem,so that a certain proportion of nodes are uniformly deployed in the monitoring area,and the remaining nodes are deployed non-uniformly at a certain density.The MATLAB simulation is carried out with different values of the parameter,and the nodes deployment density is adjusted according to the simulation results,and the non-uniform deployment strategy based on the adjustable parameter is established.Secondly,in order to improve nodes redundancy problem,a hybrid optimization scheduling strategy based on RNJBG(Redundant Nodes Judging Based on Grid)and EBNDNS(Energy Balanced Non-uniform Distribution Node Scheduling)is proposed.Finally,a new kind of coverage control strategy is proposed based on the non-uniform deployment strategy and hybrid optimal scheduling strategy.Taking the network coverage,network lifetime and energy variance as the evaluation index,the simulation result verifies the advantages in aspects of network energy consumption balance and network lifetime,etc.
