With the increasing energy crisis and environmental pollution, the proportion of clean energy resource in industrial production is rising increasingly.LNG,as a kind of clean, safe and efficient energy, gradually becomes more and more important in oil resource.During LNG transportation, the real-time monitoring tanker location and transportation state of LNG is an important guarantee for realizing safe production. In this paper,in order to achieve the goal of liquid level monitoring, the tank liquid level is taken as the testing object, and the scattered ultrasonic is used collected data source. At last, the distributed multi-sensor information fusion technology based on adaptive weighted fusion algorithm is explored. The paper is divided into three steps to illustrate the realization of monitoring liquid level of LNG.First, the ultrasonic sensor is used to measure the liquid depth in the tank and then send the information to single chip.Second, single chip collects, display and alarm the data, and then summits the data to upper monitor. Finally, the upper computer software analyzes data and handles the data with data fusion algorithm, then get the accurate liquid level. The paper briefly discusses the multisensory fusion algorithm.Based on possible loss of data and transmission delay, the single sensor is estimated in batches, and introduce confidence matrix, weighted by matrices, and design adaptive weighted fusion algorithm.Among them,For weighting fusion and validity, batch estimation of single sensor is derived from real-time and validity. For weighting fusion algorithm, this paper discusses the average weighted fusion and adaptive weighted fusion.Meanwhile, this paper also compares the fusion effect of three weighted fusion algorithms.Through the experiment, comparing the design of the measurement results on the actual data, the system accuracy is higher and the fluctuation of the actual data is small. It could be used to monitor the changes of liquid level during tanker transportation. It has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.
