News Discourse Analysis Of The Network Hot Events

With the rapid development and updating of Internet technology,the Internet has a considerable increase in the depth and breadth of people's life.A huge Internet users and convenient means of information dissemination has also contributed to the increasing of recent network hot events.The formation and dissemination of network hot events has an interactive impact with Internet users,online media,and traditional media.November 20,2006,occurred in Nanjing,a civil dispute on the helping the elderly,which set off a great uproar in the public opinion.After these events,they sparked a controversial issue of public opinion on the theme of "no help",and the " Helping the Elderly ",which became a new craving for media news reports.By advocating the research method of discourse analysis from the point of view of journalism and communication,this paper focuses on the media's research on the news coverage of the " Helping the Elderly" event,and through a large number of data collection,processing and analysis.Then,highlights the discourse paradigm of domestic media news.At the meantime,using the Marxist news communication thoughts to explore the underlying causes and strategic suggestions.However,even from a cutting-edge point of view,a simple content analysis can only be seen as a quantitative representation of qualitative research to some extent.Therefore,the innovation of our research is to combine the content analysis method with the Van Dijk discourse analysis framework,so that it is more inclined to be a good part of the qualitative research that combines quantitative analysis.Through the research,it is found that the media in our country has significant media guidance,news reports are false,news feature structure is remarkable and reports "imbalance" and so on.Under the inspiration of Marxist news communication thoughts,the current news media should always adhere to the objective report as the top priority,and earnestly improve the network environment media literacy,and must respect the law,strengthen the positive report and guide the scientific unity with the public opinion.Only in this way,can we make our news career forever youthful vitality,which in the increasingly fierce market competition in an invincible position.
