The Construcing Of Batabase And Data Mining Of Literature Of Diseases Of Treatments Based On Spleen

Purpose:This thesis acquires and mines those modern literature of diseases of treatments based on spleen,discusses the macroscopic situation of these treatments since the founding of China,and meticulously analyses the connotation of clinical diagnosis and treatment laws and animal experimental studies upon diarrhea,distention and fullness,coronary heart disease and ITP.Method:This thesis uses modern literature of treatments based on spleen as research data,and normalizes its disease,pattern,syndrome,and prescription of as well as disease,pattern,and index content of animal experimental literature,via the construction of database and data platform.With data mining and visual processing based on association analysis,clinical literature and connotation laws are also discussed and summerized.Results & Conclusions: 1.As it could be seen apparently,the amount of documents has a good growth referring to the age and the posting quantity.Clinical research on related diseases of treatments based on spleen has always been developing steadily.2.According to the analysis of macroscopic situation,diseases of treatments based on spleen involve Chinese internal medicine,Chinese external medicine,gynecology of TCM,pediatrics of TCM,otorhinolaryngology,orthopedics and traumatology;Meanwhile,diseases of spleen and stomach,diseases of qi,blood,fluid and humor,along with diseases of liver and gallbladder,cover mostly among Chinese internal diseases.Diseases of treatments based on spleen contain commonly encountered diseases on physiological nine systems(respiratory system,circulatory system,urinary system,reproductive system,endocrine system,locomotor system,immune system,nervous system,and digestive system),and the treatments are a clear winner here especially on diseases of digestive system,circulation system and endocrine system.3.With functional dyspepsia,diarrhea,coronary heart disease and ITP being selected to be analyzed,by depicting force-directed graphs of them,it is concluded that the above diseases in modern clinical medicine are most closely connected to what are called stuffiness and fullness,diarrhoea,chest impediment,suggillation and blood troubles respectively.In modern clinical medicine,the most common syndrome styles of them are “liver depression and spleen deficiency”,“spleen yang deficiency”,“dual deficiency of the heart and spleen”,“dual deficiency of the spleen-kidney”and“yin deficiency with effulgent fire”,which play a significant role in modern people's lifestyle.While as to clinical treatments,the most frequently used formula to treat functional dyspepsia is Guifu Lizhong Decoction,the most frequently used formula to treat diarrhea(including infantile diarrhea)is Shenling Baizhu San,the most frequently used formula to treat ITP and coronary heart disease is Guipi Decoction.4.By studying the animal experimental literature of functional dyspepsia,diarrhea,coronary heart disease and ITP,depicting Sankey diagrams of them,it is concluded that to treat coronary heart disease with treatments based on spleen needs to start with solving abnormity of qi and blood,the pathological products of this disease are phlegm and static blood,and the treatment is related to energy metabolism,lipid metabolism,immune reaction and vascular wall tension in modern medicine;That the main pathogenesis of ITP is that spleen fails to govern blood regularly,and it's related to blood content,vascular physiological function and human immune mechanism in modern medicine;That diarrhea and functional dyspepsia are both caused by the disorder of spleen's transportation and transformation,and they have a close relationship with gastrointestinal hormones,brain-gut axis and immune system in modern medicine.All of the above four diseases are based on spleen deficiency,among which the happening of diarrhea and dyspepsia are based on spleen failing in transportation,ITP based on spleen failing to control the blood,and coronary heart disease based on the result of dysfunction of spleen transportation and controlling blood.
