Dairy industry is one of the most promising industries in china.However,compared with the developed countries,there is still a big gap between China's dairy industry and the developed countries.In the internal industry development is not balanced,showing the pyramid shape,the top is a number of large-scale,standardization and automation of the large and medium-sized farms,the middle and the bottom is small and the family of dairy cows in China occupies most of the total farms,these farms have small scale traditional feeding mode of dairy cows,the amount is limited,seriously lagging behind the overall level of China's dairy industry.In this paper,we design the control system of dairy cattle feeding system,and put forward the control platform of the feeding system on the basis of the original equipment of the small and medium-sized dairy farms.The basic hardware unit is composed of wireless and modular function modules,and the wiring is simple.When a link problems,can block the investigation,maintenance is more simple.ZigBee wireless communication technology in the application of multi node,so that the platform is more conducive to expansion.Using Arduino and Android two open source platform for the design and development of hardware and software,greatly reducing the cost of R & D.Use APP(application)control farms,improve the efficiency of management and control.For different farms,with different functional modules,the establishment of feeding control system,more humane.With the introduction of Internet technology,the management and control of the system platform is not affected by time and geographical factors,and it is a good physical foundation for the introduction of expert system.In summary,the dairy farming system control platform has the characteristics of easy construction,convenient maintenance,good scalability,low cost and high efficiency,humanization and network,suitable for small and medium-sized family farms and use.
