Performance Evaluation And Technoloical Improvement Strategies For VoLTE Of Chinaunicom

With the increasing of the intelligent terminal and improvement of LTE technology,VoLTE realizing the data and voice service in a unified network based on IMS network,which can provide high quality voice service and user experience,has become the direction that the three largest domestic operators promote.Because the VoLTE business is still in the early stage of the domestic commercial use and test,evaluating the performance of VoLTE business is also in the process of theoretical analysis.Therefore,research on the evaluation of Chinaunicom's VoLTE business performance and technology improvement will help the operator to develop VoLTE business.In this thesis,based on the research results of Chinaunicom's VoLTE business performance evaluation system,the VoLTE business architecture,business performance evaluation system and the influencing factors are analyzed.Firstly,the way to analyze main technical performance factors of VoLTE service is given by using Radar chart and Ishikawa method.Secondly,based on the test content and procedures of the VoLTE business performance,the strategies improving VoLTE technology are proposed.According to the requirement of VoLTE service scenarios,the optimal signaling overhead(robust header compression(ROHC),semi-persistent scheduling(SPS)application scenarios),VoLTE coverage enhancement technique(including the application of TTI Bundling)and VoLTE voice solutions etc.are analyzed by testing SPS,TTI Bundling and ROHC head compression.In the first chapter,the development of VoLTE business,research significance,the related literature review,research ideas and research methods are mainly introduced.In the second chapter,the VoLTE service architecture,IMS core network and VoLTE business process analysis are given.In the third chapter,the composition and influencing factors of performance indices,VoLTE business performance evaluation method and application are mainly analyzed.In the fourth chapter,the improvement strategy and the test of the performance of VoLTE are mainly given.Base on the contents and steps of Chinaunicom's VoLTE performance test,the improvement strategies of VoLTE performance are put forward.
