In recent years,human communication has gradually become a more innovative technology in the field of medical field.Human communication takes the human body as the main transmission channel,and has more complicated research co ntent compared with the traditional wireless channel taking air as the medium.Human channel is the focus of human communication research.Through this article,we hope that the human communication channel can be improved more or less.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the principles of Finite Difference Time Domain are analyzed in detail,including the stability condition,cell size determination and absorption boundary condition.Then,based on the study of free space path loss,the different path loss models are proposed in different frequency segments.Then,based on XFDTD and Finite Difference Time Domain,the human body surface channel is modeled in three dimensions.In this paper,a human body model close to human body tissue is used.An emission point and 186 receiver points are placed on the surface of human body to verify the channel model.And this paper use simple cylindrical body to establish the body's arm model to analysis the characteristics of the transmission of the body surface channel.Finally,the characteristics of the human channel are analyzed on the basis of the verified channel model.The characteristics of the human body channel are analyzed mainly by different frequencies,different propagation distances,different human tissue and different distance between the points and the human body.It proves that the human body channel usually conforms to the logarithmic path loss model in the high frequency band and the segmented linear path loss model in the HBC band.The higher the frequency,the smaller the path loss,the bigger the propagated distance,the bigger the path loss and so on.Simulation about the arm shows the surface wave characteristics of the body surface channel.
