More and more users are involved in services computing.Services published by service providers are increasingly emerged.A service selection method,which can exactly select a service satisfying the user's preferred requirement from mass services,is required by people.However,most of the current service selection methods are based only on the QoS attribute information described by the service provider or the QoS evaluation information fed back by the service user,and the QoS attribute information is not taken into account,and at the same time,it is assumed that the service provider QoS attributes and service users feedback QoS evaluation information is true and credible,in fact,this assumption is difficult to be guaranteed.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a service selection method based on QoS comprehensive evaluation.It not only considers the QoS attribute information described by the service provider,but also considers the QoS evaluation information fed back by the service user,and corrects the QoS attribute information to provide the effective service selection basis.According to the QoS attribute information described by the service provider,the current QoS attribute information is corrected based on the statistics of the historical data.For the QoS attribute evaluation from the service user feedback,This paper proposes the degree of personalization of service evaluation and the user relevance to modify the traditional similarity formula,and the domain correlation and the time factor are further proposed to calculate the recommendation degree which can reflect the value of the user more effectively.Then,the QoS reference value is calculated by combining the user evaluation information.At the same time,the objective weight value of each attribute is calculated based on the entropy method,The objective weight is combined with the subjective weight given by the user to determine the weight value of each attribute that is ultimately used for service selection.Finally,the service selection is completed based on the modified service provider QoS description information and the reliable QoS reference evaluation information.The experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible.
