With the rise of mobile Internet and the arrival of the big data age,the demand for mobile data transmission is rapid increasing. On the other hand, green communications and low-carbon life has become a necessary requirement for sustainable development, which the wireless communication network operation and management has brought greater and greater challenges. To meet the end-user demand for high-quality and high-speed,ultra dense wireless networks is an important solution to the challenge. In the ultra dense wireless networks, the traditional wireless resource allocation algorithm has been unable to apply to the development of next-generation networks. How to solve the problem of wireless resource allocation in ultra dense wireless networks has become a huge challenge for future network development. After the existing wireless resource allocation is introduced, the following three aspects are studied:(1)A resource allocation algorithm based on non-cooperative game is proposed. The non-cooperative game theory is applied to the ultra dense wireless networks. The utility income introducing non-linear penalty function mitigates the interference and improve the fairness of users. Then the existence and uniqueness of the Nash equilibrium and distributed algorithm are given. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has excellent performance in improving the system throughput, reducing the transmit power and improving the convergence probability of the algorithm.(2)An energy efficiency resource allocation algorithm based on interference coordination is proposed. This algorithm researches the clustering of dense networks, and uses the principle of graph theory to reduce the communication between network and the interference of inter-cluster and intra-cluster.Cluster resources are allocated by the cluster head.On the basis of interference coordination, the sub-channel and power resource are allocated by using the maximum and minimum algorithm and particle swarm algorithm with improved damping vibration and fitness variation respectively. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce energy consumption, improve energy efficiency and reduce network interference.(3)A resource management platform of ultra dense wireless networks is designed and implemented, which solves the problem of interference coordination, wireless resource allocation and energy consumption. The system consists of the client(end user),the eNodeB(Evolved Node B)small base station, the resource management platform server and the database. The platform realizes global resource real-time monitoring,eNodeB small base station deployment diagram, dynamic spectrum allocation strategy based on interference coordination and green energy-saving sleep strategy development.Experimental results show that the resource management platform can reduce network interference, reduce system energy consumption, and effectively carry out spectrum allocation. Finally, conclusions are given and the future work of our research is presented.
