This article is in the water-temperature based on remote control device to control the liquid level is studied.Mainly aimed at the level of prevalence of lag,nonlinear,time-varying,mathematical model is difficult to determine the problems such as analysis,calculation,and finally through the Lab View platform design process control experiment system,make the liquid level control applications more widely.In this paper,using the method of step response test of single let water tank model is established,and the design of the traditional PID control system,the parameter setting to get the optimal PID parameters and then gives the actual system,the actual response curves obtained by observing system of smaller overshoot,rise time is fast.Flow are the main factors influencing the level,on the basis of the original liquid level and join the traffic parameters achieved level-flow cascade control system,using the traditional PID control of liquid level is achieved,experiments prove that cascade control system has good control effect,especially on the quickness is more significant than single loop control system control.It effectively overcomes the general time constant liquid level objects large and cause of the decline of the quality control.For single capacity level object and neural network adaptive PID control system is designed.In the control system of the characteristics of different neural network structure is studied,the chosen one of the most widely used multilayer forward BP neural network as the system network structure of neural network structure and describes its working principle and steps.Back again by LM algorithm to the BP neural network is optimized,the LM algorithm to optimize BP neural network is applied to the liquid level control system.Finally,under the same target level of traditional PID,BP network adaptive PID experiment results are given,the experiment shows that the BP neural network algorithm for level control effect is better.At the end of the paper using Lab View technology design process of liquid level control experiment system platform.Students enter the experimental platform for correct login,can choose the experiment project,experiment and save the experimental data,submit,view the history curve,etc.This system can also be service college teachers scientific research,teacher as long as the relevant procedure and parameters in the background of change can be implemented new control function,using Lab View platform can be easily verified simulation and control effect is good or bad,so can also be used for scientific research and save a lot of cost.
