P2P technology is an important method of sharing resources,with the continuous development of computer and Internet technology,higher bandwidth requirements of multimedia technology has also been fully developed,one of them that based on P2P video technology has become the current hot research issues.The paper introduces the development of P2P video technology.analyzes the centralized P2P networks,fully distributed unstructured,fully distributed unstructured and hybrid type four overlay network structure and compares based on the single multicast tree,based on multiple multicast trees and gossip protocol three P2P based video stream media network model based on.Aiming at the problems existing in the current model,Papers in DoNet model on the basis of the design of a P2P video streaming system,introduces its servers,data source and the client three subsystems of the software architecture,highlights the core subsystem in the system design and implementation for the client,the overall framework and running process of the subsystem in detail in this paper.at the same time,detailed description of the function and algorithm of data scheduling,cache management module.Finally,the client subsystem is tested in the LAN environment including the initialization of the client node buffer time,the frequency of play pause frequency and the uplink and downlink rate.The greatest advantage of this system is fully absorb the advantages of the P2P,improved the traditional video broadcast high investment,large scale and difficult technical faultsd each user also plays a dual role of resource providers and consumers,and docs not need to deploy an additional tequipment,make full use of existing network resources,users enjoy the smooth video service.A large number of experimental data show that the system is characterized by low delay,low cost and high efficiency.The results of the test show that the system has reached the design requirements.
