Due to the low-cost,covering a wide area,low energy consumption and can work long time,wireless sensor networks are widely used in military,civil and other related fields in recent years.Hazardous gases are widely used in transportation,industrial,agricultural production and daily life.The leakage of dangerous gas becomes frequently and causes more terrible harm.When the dangerous gas leaks,it is difficult for the relevant departments to monitor the gas leakage quickly,locate and identify the leakage source and predict the spread and influence of the gas scientifically.In terms of these problems,this paper designed a monitoring and emergency system of dangerous gas leakage based on wireless senor networks,web technology,database technology and Unity3 D.The main research achievement include following aspects:In order to monitor the gas leakage,this paper designs a wireless electronic nose(gas collection device).The device consists of CC2530,smoke sensor,alcohol sensor,carbon monoxide sensor and methane sensor.The design of the device is divided into the design of the gas collection device,the selection of the sensor,the processing chip peripheral circuit and the power module design.In order to transmit data,this paper designs a wireless sensor network.First of all,this paper introduced the software development environment from two aspects: Software compilation environment and protocol stack.It elaborated the architecture of the protocol stack,functions of API library and working process.Secondly,we introduce network topology and its adaptation.Finally,we introduce the software design of wireless sensor network from three aspects: coordinator,router and terminal node.In order to solve the problem of emergency command,this paper designed the platform of emergency.Firstly,we made the requirement analysis of emergency platform.Secondly,according to the design principles of the software,we introduce the design of the emergency platform for four aspects: Software architecture,platform workflow,software architecture UML and functional module design.Finally,according to the function module,we introduced the software design of the emergency platform in detail.In order to test and implement the system,firstly,we introduce the calibration methods for sensor and the address allocation mechanism of wireless sensor network.Secondly,we set up wireless sensor networks with different topology and verify self-repair capability of the wireless sensor network.Finally,the implementation of the emergency platform is described.
