Shortwave infrared(SWIR)is an important spectral band in the field of infrared detection.It has important applications for space-to-ground detection,industrial detection,communication,biomedicine and night vision monitoring.Especially in the case of low visibility,such as haze and night,shortwave infrared imaging has its unique advantages.Indium Gallium Arsenide(InGaAs)infrared detector has the advantages of high quantum efficiency,fast response speed and no need of low temperature refrigeration,and the focal plane array detector can directly obtain two-dimensional image information to meet the needs of real-time monitoring.This paper is based on the shortwave infrared InGaAs focal plane array detector for video imaging technology research,which has a certain significance and application value,shortwave infrared In GaAs focal plane array gaze video imaging technology in-depth study and engineering applications to establish a good foundation.The main tasks of this project are as follows:Firstly,the status of shortwave infrared InGaAs focal plane array detectors both domestic and abroad is researched in detail,and the performances of each detector are deeply understood.It provides reference for the design of this subject.Secondly,through the research and analysis of the working principle of the 640×512 InGa As short wave infrared detector,the whole scheme design of the imaging system is completed.Thirdly,the realization of the imaging system hardware circuit design,including the detector drive circuit,the detector output analog signal conditioning,data acquisition,FPGA core controller,USB transmission circuit and PAL transmission circuit has been realized.Fourthly,the FPGA programming in the imaging system is completed,and the background and non-uniformity correction of the image data are completed in the FPGA,which ensures the real-time performance of the data processing.Fifthly,the completion of the imaging system prototype and system testing work,carried out the signal to noise ratio test and location imaging experiments.The innovation of this paper lies in:(1)The shortwave infrared detector is combined with the traditional analog video monitor to complete the PAL analog video output output of the short wave infrared camera,which makes the technology of shortwave infrared technology in the commercial/civilian aspect more convenient.(2)The non-uniformity correction of the image in hardware and software is carried out by using the “two-point” method and the neural network method respectively,which ensures the image quality of the video level and obtains the rich and effective shortwave infrared video image.
