Knowledge Credibility Measure Method Of Knowledge Network

With the advent of knowledge based economy in the post industrial era,as a new management model,knowledge management has been paid more and more attention.As a kind of management innovation,it optimizes the management of knowledge resources in the organization,which makes it possible to provide better knowledge service.As an important tool and platform of knowledge management,knowledge network provides an important support for the realization of knowledge service and the solution of problems.However,due to the inherent mechanism of the knowledge reasoning chain,the knowledge of any part of the knowledge network inference process will have a significant impact on the credibility of the results.There is an urgent need for how to measure the credibility of the existing knowledge network to clarify the status quo,and then to achieve the goal of improving and updating the knowledge network.The existing research methods do not explicitly propose the problem oriented solution to evaluate the degree of credibility of knowledge,so it can not reflect the characteristics of knowledge services and reduce the quality of knowledge services.And the existing research either just do qualitative analysis for evaluation index that reflect the knowledge content and lack logical quantitative analysis on knowledge content,or can't form a complete hierarchical evaluation model combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,which limits the completeness of the measure.In view of the insufficiency of the existing research,this paper studies the credibility of knowledge network from the two dimensions of knowledge context and knowledge content considering the knowledge's service characteristic of supporting problem solving and the dual property that knowledge is not only an object,but also a process.First,the credibility of knowledge context has been defined from the perspective of problem solving and the formal representation of knowledge context model has been given by using theinstantiated knowledge network model and starting from multi dimensions.On the basis of this,the credibility structure model of knowledge context has been constructed.Then,the credibility of knowledge content also been defined from the perspective of problem solving.On the basis of this,the credibility hierarchical model of knowledge content has been constructed by dividing the credibility of knowledge content to be three levels from low to high,which is given by the formal representation of knowledge content and corresponding relation between human cognitive process and knowledge content.Secondly,on the basis of the above definition and model,the credibility of the knowledge network is measured through three processes: measuring the credibility of knowledge context,measuring the credibility of knowledge content and measuring the credibility of knowledge network.For the process of measuring the credibility of knowledge context,the calculation process is been divided into four steps:the similarity calculation of the attributes of context entity elements,the similarity calculation of the entity elements,the calculation of each dimension of the context and the credibility calculation of the context.For the process of measuring the credibility of knowledge content,knowledge credibility of concepts and attributes layer,knowledge credibility of relations and knowledge credibility of problem solving layer are measured according to the characteristics of each level and the relations are analyzed between the knowledge levels based on the relationship of them.On the basis of credibility of knowledge context and credibility of knowledge content,the credibility of knowledge network is calculated.Finally,the emergency rescue personnel material demand allocation problem of forest fire in Greater Khingan Range area as an example to be used testing the credibility of knowledge network facing this kind problem domain using the method of this paper.A useful attempt is made in this paper to measure the credibility of the knowledge of knowledge network from the two dimensions of knowledge context and knowledge content considering the knowledge's service characteristic of supporting problem solving,which provides a new idea for the credibility measurement of knowledge and provides a reliable basis for the reuse and sharing of knowledge of existed knowledge system.
