With the increasing environmental and energy problems,new energy which is clean,efficient,safe,environmentally friendly has become the inevitable trend of future energy development,so proton exchange membrane fuel cell with hydrogen and oxygen as fuel has gradually entered the field of vision.In the PEMFC system research process,the stability and reliability of PEMFC output voltage is one of important indexes to evaluate the system performance.As PEMFC internal parameters are too much to control easily,so we need to select a controller which doesn't depend on the model.Therefore,this paper presents an optimization scheme of PEMFC control system based on Active Disturbance Rejection Control.The main contents include:1.It overviews briefly the working principle of PEMFC,the components of PEMFC power generation system and its key technologies by referring to relevant literatures.2.Based on the electrochemical theory of fuel cell,it establishes the dynamic model of PEMFC and simulated by Matlab / Simulink.It studies the dynamic characteristics of fuel cells,indicating that the model is correct and feasible.3.After a review of relevant literature and learning materials,this paper researches ADRC controller.It describes and analyzes the compositions of ADRC controller and the algorithm of each module in detail.Then according to insufficient of algorithm,it gives the optimal first-order ADRC algorithm and its parameter tuning method.4.Based on the dynamic model of PEMFC,the output voltage is controlled by ADRC,and compared with PID control and fuzzy PID control.Three control algorithms are simulated in Simulink environment.The results show that the model can reflect the dynamic performance of fuel cell well.ADRC is better for the control effect of PEMFC output voltage,so as to ensure the stable operation of the system.The simulation can save time and cost,and provide a theoretical reference for the actual fuel cell control system.
