Shooting training is an important part of military training,it is not only a core training,but also a basic training.In the traditional sense,the shooting training is based on the fixed distance,shooting at the fixed position of the target or moving target,according to the number of hits to judge the performance of the training.But in the real war,the target is the emergence of randomness,uncertainty and difficult to select,movement way also is not limited to linear motion,so you need to do it in a short period of time after detection of the target response.Based on the characteristic live-fire training,small arms laser simulated firing training technology arises at the historic moment in the 1960 s.Since the 80 s,firearms laser simulated shooting technique has simple from ordinary laser simulation bullet shooting training,development to the laser was used to simulate a variety of different training army weapons of war,training system from the technical training to simulate tactical confrontation training.Small arms laser shooting can not only simulate the live-fire training,but also can reduce the cost of the live-fire training,so a growing number of shooting replaced the live-fire training with laser simulated firing.During the simulation training,to simulate the motion of the target,monitoring and control system is particularly important.Thus,this paper introduced a real-time monitoring of the location and status of an individual,which is based on the GPS and GIS technology.Based on the accurate positioning of the individual soldier by using the GPS system,the powerful map display of the GIS can dynamic displays the position and the status of the individual in the electronic map,which can achieve a real-time monitoring of individual.This can provide a powerful guarantee for the real-time monitoring of the laser firing simulation training.This paper first expounds on the individual navigation and positioning system is the most important,basic technology:GPS and GIS.And then introduced the GPS space coordinates to GIS plane coordinate transformation of coordinate projection transformation algorithm.Next,on the key technology and algorithms of individual positioning system research and improvement.Finally,the algorithm is applied to the individual positioning system main function in the implementation process,and simulated demonstration.
