The advancing technology has brought us great convenience,and the appearance and popularization of intelligent devices is a typical example.The increasing convenience of internet provides network supports for the development of tablets and smartphones,which making it possible for us to access the needed materials at anytime and anywhere.The tablets and smartphones make it possible for people to deal with the work of business,which providing a nice platform for mobile office.Nowadays,there is an increasing number of traditional PC based office business are moving to the intelligent office platform which based on the mobile platform of android or apple.The platform changing of office business is an inevitable trend of the times developing.We all know that intelligent office has many advantages: the devices are easy to carry around,convenient for dealing with office business while travelling,and shorten the working flow.Besides,these devices can be used for learning and amusement for killing the boring leisure time.Therefore,intelligent office is replacing the traditional office working type and becoming the mainstream of office working.In many dangerous working situations,like fire operation,tank cleaning operation,and confined space operation,there are some deficiencies of traditional working methods: the preparation for some operation links is not ready enough,operation lack of rationality,long period for waiting the leaders' review and signature etc.The above deficiencies may lead to long period of working cycle,and the occurring of dangerous accidents.Based on the above reasons,one oil production factory plans to develop an intelligent device based industrial fire monitoring system.So that there are better implemented relevant operation regulations,more standardized the working flow,improved safety of operation links,simplified the approval flow,shortened operation processing time,and reduced risk of accidents.There are several advantages for developing the system:First of all,shorten the processing time of approval flow.Usually,a work application provided by the relative staff is needed before the putting the work into practice and some base information should be filled in the “permit to work” form in paper material,and then the will be progressively reviewed by leaders at all levels.During the reviewing flow,when the unforeseen circumstances occurred like leader is going out for business,the processing time for leaders' review and signature will be increased which reduces the efficiency.After the developing of the system completed,the leaders can use it to review the materials and sign their names at anywhere and anytime when the network is accessible which will shorten the processing time greatly.What's more,system provides a series of measures to confirm relative affairs.Some working security affairs need to be confirmed in the working flow.Therefore,system provides the function of confirming affairs by using taking photos which record GPS locations and time of taking photos.Besides,system provides function of videos record,which beneficial for the later review.Finally,convenient document search functions.System provides online printing function to facilitate the relevant units to keep generated documents in archive.In addition,there is a qrcode on the document,and the relevant staff can easily use the system providing qrcode scanning function to query about the current document related other working information.Based on the related requirements,considering from the points of system security,data security,device performance,and user experience,we finally decided developing the system based on the i Pad platform.The paper makes an introduction about the design and implement about the system: XCode and Objective-C are used for the development of client program;VS2010 and C# are used for the development of Web Service program;Oracle is used as the database;IIS 7 is used for the deploying of system.
