PID controller has a simple structure and it is widely used in process control systems.Normal PID can not easily regulate itself according to the changes,so normal PID can not get satisfying control performance.Fuzzy control which is based on knowledge and independent of accurate mathematic model brings a new way of resolving this problem.Combining the advantages of PID control algorithm and fuzzy control,fuzzy PID control could quick the control system response speed,reduce the overshoot,short the transitional period.The fuzzy PID control has strong robustness and stablility,and plays a leading role in fuzzy control.Dynamic Matrix Control(DMC)is a typical model predictive control algorithm,which is widely used in industrial areas such as process control as a result fo its simple structure,good performance,flexible application and some other advantages.This paper describes the design principle and the controller concept of fuzzy PID control algorithm.Control simulation is made by taking model CSTH as the research object,it analyzes normal PID algorithm and fuzzy PID algorithm,and compare the performance of two controllers in aspecets of tracking the set value.This paper introduces the basic principle of Model Predictive Control,and derived the single variable and multi variable Dynamic Matrix Control(DMC)algorithm.Control simulation is made by taking model CSTH as the research object,it analyzes DMC algorithm,and the performance of DMC controller in aspecet of tracking the set value;and it analyzes the impact of different parameters on the control effect of DMC controller.Introduces several performance assessment beachmarks and performance assessment based on covariance index,and performance assessment based on covariance index is used to assess to normal PID control,fuzzy PID control and DMC control,to verify the effectiveness of the method.Finally,through the GK06 control device,analyzes normal PID algorithm,fuzzy PID algorithm and DMC algorithm,and compare the performance of those three controllers in aspecets of tracking the set value;and it analyzes the impact of different parameters on the control effect of DMC controller;and performance assessment based on covariance index is uesd to assess those three controllers.The results show that: Fuzzy PID algorithm than the normal PID algorithm has some advantages,DMC algorithm than the Fuzzy PID algorithm has some advantages,and the method of performance assessment based on covariance index can make a valid assessment of controller performance. |
