In recent years,with the rapid development of the industrial robot market and the national strategy of "Made in China 2025" was proposed and propulsion,industrial robot industry ushered in the unprecedented development opportunity,originally to dominate production mode is gradually dominated by industrial robot automation production mode transformation.According to the goal of intelligent manufacturing and intelligent manufacture proposed by "Made in China 2025",it is difficult to meet the new production requirements for the flexible production capacity of robot products which are realized by teaching programming automatically,the introduction of the robot products with vision function becomes necessary.In this paper,a robot vision positioning system based on the GSK series RB08 industrial robot is studied and constructed,which is mainly composed of two parts: robot control system and visual system.Among them,the robot control system is composed of the robot body,control cabinet,teaching box and connecting cable and other hardware and GR-C robot control software;The visual system consists of the camera,lens,light source,industrial control computer,display,keyboard,mouse and other hardware and GVision visual software.The robot vision positioning system first through the camera to obtain images of the object to be measured,and the image is transmitted to the visual software,and then the visual software for image analysis and obtains the object by identifying the location algorithm corresponding to position data,the rotation angle and the type of information,and the location of the data into the robot base coordinate through coordinate transformation,then the information in accordance with the TCP protocol defined by the network to send to the robot control system,the robot control system and robot vision through visual variable instruction on visual data receiving processing and operation,the final position data is converted to the robot moving point data,then through the motion instructions guide robot grasping target workpiece positioning.In this paper,through building experiment and debugging of GSK RB08 industrial robot vision positioning system experimental platform,prove the results of this research,the system as a part of the automation production line,has a broad application prospect,also has certain reference value in theory.
