Temperature is the most basic physical quantity in life and production.Temperature measurement and control are closely related to production safety and efficiency,energy saving and other major technical and economic indicators.Therefore,the requirement for precision,stability and reliability of temperature control has been gradually raised.The traditional PID algorithm has been unable to meet the control needs.Some intelligent control strategies such as neural network,predictive control and so on are smarter and showed superiority when facing more complex objects.By introducing intelligent control strategies into traditional PID control scheme,the new system takes the advantage from control algorithms in both sides and achieves a better performance in terms of effectiveness and controllability.With the increasing demand for mobile communication,remote data acquisition and its rising cost,wired data transmission will be limited by its quality,function and the environment.Thus,the necessity of wireless transmission in various production control fields reveals itself.In recent years,wireless transmission,network and intelligent control technology improved rapidly,which promotes the industrial control techniques as well.Especially in the wireless network control technology,experts and scholars are involved,focusing on both theoretical research and practical application of it,and how it can be applied effectively to the control system.In this paper,wireless temperature control network based on WIFI wireless transmission technology is designed,which accords with industrial environment and control demand.In addition,traditional PID control algorithm is improved directly against the big time delay and non-linearity of temperature objects.The detailed contents and main innovations of this paper include the following aspects:1.The stability of the wireless networked control system is studied.The discrete time model and the controller are designed for the wireless networked control system with time-varying delay.In the process of modeling the wireless networked control system,the controller is designed to introduce the state feedback and output feedback into the controller creatively.The controller can include most of the research results about the wireless network controller,Has a better flexibility and universality.2.Aiming at the time delay and non-linearity of the temperature object,several intelligent temperature control algorithms which are suitable for industrial temperature control are introduced: PID control algorithm based on single neuron,PID control algorithm based on Smith predictor,Dynamic Matrix Control Algorithm.In order to solve the problem that the parameters in traditional PID algorithm is not easy to modify and the DMC system can not easily suppress the interference,the cascade control strategy is introduced and the single neuron PID algorithm and the DMC algorithm are effectively combined to obtain a better control effect.3.Design the wireless network structure for the industrial wireless temperature control system according to its needs and set up the hardware experiment system.Single-neuron PID algorithm is used to control the temperature on the system platform,and the real-time remote monitoring of temperature object is realized.The experimental results show that the system has a good control effect,the system performance is excellent.
