The power distribution cabinet near coastal areas is usually used as container material cabinet, placed in the open environment in the bad environment, such as heat source equipment in the transformer cabinet, control cabinet internal temperature rise phenomenon is serious; and the coastal areas of the storm, salt fog air content high,easily lead to serious corrosion of equipment within the department. Therefore, we need a distribution cabinet with temperature control, salt spray parameter monitoring function, in this context, this paper is involved with Jiangsu Teng Sheng Power Equipment Co. Ltd. cooperation project, Sanya port of Hainan offshore in high temperature and high salt fog area, designed and developed to monitor temperature,salt fog and environmental parameters. With cooling and dehumidification requirements of the power distribution cabinet, power distribution cabinet security internal electrical equipment normal operation function. This topic mainly from the following several aspects of the offshore distribution box environmental parameters monitoring and control system was studied:1,By the distribution box internal temperature changes and trends, the system modeling according to the fundamental principle of heat transfer, the temperature change in sunlight simulation offshore distribution cabinet and internal equipment operating conditions, the switch cabinet water-cooled, air-cooled transformer cabinet,air conditioning cooling scheme should be as rapid cooling means.2,According to the principle of thermal radiation type, non contact temperature sensor design the signal amplification circuit, ADC circuit, and the core control unit based on STM32 single chip microcomputer for monitoring transformer room temperature parameters, and experiments were carried out to verify the control effect.3, The environmental parameters of salt spray deposition rate are determined,and the detection system based on waveguide magic T as the core device is determined. According to the basic principle of measuring polar molecule concentration microwave phase, using Calman filtering algorithm to filter the signal by microwave power, Bessel fitting algorithm to fit the measured parameters of theconcentration, the time domain integral can be obtained after salt spray deposition rate.4,In use of LabVIEW software, the development of the offshore distribution cabinet online information management system, complete room temperature, room temperature, transformer salt deposition rate and other parameters of switch remote monitoring of offshore power distribution cabinet, monitoring equipment, and can be released through the LabVIEW tool WEB to realize remote monitoring of network access, can realize the online information management system data monitoring, data storage, data gateway to send and receive data, remote login system.
