Communication technology evolves rapidly with the development of the era,and large amounts of researches of the 5th generation mobile communication system(5G)have been carried out by global scientific research stitutions and involved companies,the improvment of system's speed and capacity under the situation of dense distribution are important research directions in 5G.The situation of dense distribution makes the cooperative communication technology have a great research value,creating cooperations between multiple users and multiple cells.Coded cooperation of cooperative communication can obtain the coding gain and diversity gain at the same time,which has the salient advantages of combining channel coding without additional cost.Besides,channel coding with ability to realize near capacity limitation transmission in the physical layer should be chosen as the channel coding of 5G,to meet the rate and capacity requirements.Spinal codes is a kind of rateless codes proposed recently that can realize the near capacity limitation transmission,as the optimal choice of channel coding in 5G and coded cooperation.Therefore,this thesis will research on the application of spinal codes in coded cooperation,which would make it meaningful for the development of 5G communication technology in future.Firstly,we researched the basic principle of spinal code in detail,and analyzed its performances and characteristics in this thesis,determining the coding and decoding parameters of spinal codes in the application of coded cooperation.Then,we exploited the basic principle of the coded cooperation and determined the channel model,modulation scheme,as well as combination mode of the receiver.Finally,we researched the application of spinal codes in coded cooperation roundly,and the main jobs are as following: We proposed a scheme of spinal coded cooperation based on puncture called CC-PSC(Coded Cooperation with Punctured Spinal Codes),in consideration of the characteristics of spinal code in analog channel operating mode and the idea of adaptive coded cooperation and puncture algorithm;Meanwhile,we proposed another spinal coded cooperation scheme with selected passes of spinal codes based on CC-PSC called CC-SPSC(Coded Cooperation with Selected Passes of Spinal Codes),due to the reason that innumerable channel code symbols with rateless characteristic could be generated in application of harsh function and pseudorandom number generator;More over,considering that the equipment condition and center scheduling benefits of base stations in 5G,we introduced a strategy to use base station as the core controlling based on CC-SPSC and proposed two kind of coded cooperation schemes called CC-SPSC-BSC-AL(Coded Cooperation with Selected Passes of Spinal Codes and Base Station Control-Altruism)and CC-SPSC-BSC-SR(Coded Cooperation with Selected Passes of Spinal Codes and Base Station Control-Self Regard),users in the former scheme concentrate on providing cooperation for others,while users in the latter scheme mainly ensure correct transmission of its own data.Extensive simulation results have been conducted,and the results show that both the four schemes could improve performance compared with no cooperation under different channel operation modes.Furthermore,in the analog channel operation mode,CC-PSC and CC-SPSC scheme will achieve better performance improvement,while in the digital channel operation mode,CC-SPSC-BSC-SR and CC-SPSC-BSC-AL scheme will have better performance improvement.
